1. Open start menu and type cmd in search portion and don’t press enter key just right click on cmd.exe file and choose run as administrator option.
2. Now cmd window will be opened. Just type following commands in cmd window.
3. Type CD/ and press enter key.
4. Type netsh int tcp show global and press enter key.
5. Type netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled and press enter key.
6. Type netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal and press enter key.
7. Type netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp and press enter key.
8. Type netsh int tcp show global and press enter key.
